By accessing or using Victory TV+ ("the Service"), operated by Victory Martial Arts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Victory TV+ is an online subscription-based streaming platform that provides martial arts training videos, live event streams, and related educational content. The Service is available via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account.
Victory TV+ offers a monthly subscription plan. The introductory launch price is $4.99/month for the first 30 days, after which the subscription automatically renews at $14.99/month. All prices are in US Dollars.
Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through the account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Victory TV+ does not store your payment card information.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at the address below within 7 days of the charge. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
All content on Victory TV++ — including videos, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Victory Martial Arts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

The training content provided on Victory TV+ is for educational purposes only. Martial arts training carries inherent risks of injury. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program and practice techniques under qualified supervision.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victory Martial Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury resulting from practicing techniques shown in our content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orlando, Florida.
